For over 20 years, Equinor has invested in Brazil, pushing the boundaries of existing technologies and work practices to enhance efficiency across our oil and gas production processes. We have increased our investment in renewable energy and take pride in saying that the first solar plant in Equinor’s portfolio was built in Brazil. Our objective is to continue to broaden our operations to support the country's ambitions towards a diversified energy matrix. To do it, we need talented people like you.

Equinor is a leading broad energy company and long-term partner to the UK - supplying natural gas from Norway, developing domestic energy resources, and producing low-carbon electricity. With over 40 years of operations in the UK and more than 750 employees across the country, we are proud to play a key role in the UK’s energy future.

Our purpose is to turn natural resources into energy for people and progress for society. In the UK, this means investing billions in vital energy infrastructure and working with over 700 suppliers nationwide. In 2023, Equinor supplied 27% of the UK’s demand for natural gas and around one sixth of its oil, produced with one of the lowest carbon footprints in the industry.

We are delivering renewable energy to around 750,000 UK homes through offshore wind farms including Sheringham Shoal, Dudgeon, and the world’s first floating wind farm, Hywind Scotland. Together with our partners, we’re building Dogger Bank - the largest offshore wind farm in the world - and advancing plans to expand both Dudgeon and Sheringham Shoal.

In 2024, our first battery storage asset, Blandford Road, became operational - delivering flexible power to support the UK’s energy needs.
